Hello Habibi’s,

One whole year at our new space. Amazing!

I remember moving in and feeling so overwhelmed at the amount of organization required.

And it really took this whole year to get the space prepared, the classes and schedule organized, and the coaches trained.

We now have a aesthetically beautiful space with various class formats:

Intro/Beginners. All levels. Advanced. Several clinch and sparring classes.

Competition classes.

Kids and Teens.

None of it possible AT ALL without my awesome and talented staff of coaches and front desk help.

And of course Christina Workman for build out help and Alex Culichi AKA Super Alex, our resident contractor for continued beautification support. 🙂

Thank you all for helping me realize my vision.

with all due respect,

Coach Vic

Anyone wanna go to Tulum?

Jade is scheduled to compete at the next Rumble in the Jungle on Saturday, August 19th in Tulum Mexico.

A few of us are heading out there to corner and to support.

I’m planning to be in Tulum from Thursday August 17th through Wednesday August 23rd.

Who wants to join the adventure? Tulum Muay Thai is a lotta fun for training.

Cheer on Jade and then hang out at some of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever visited.

DM me for details. Flights are around ~$350 for RT, Airbnbs seem to be around $20-$40~ per night.

LFG.

Muay Thai 101: Introduction to Elbows

New video up on our Youtube Page covering the first three elbows of the sport:

The ‘Straight/Horizontal Elbow, the Diagonal or ‘Overhand’ Elbow and the Vertical, ‘Uppercut’ Elbow.

I believe these three alongside the spin back elbow are the most commonly thrown and thus highest rate of success for elbow strikes.

Check out the video for some details and insights on the these three elbows.

Closed for Labor Day

Just a reminder that we will be closed on Monday, September 4th for Labor Day.
