Short one this month. Appreciate you all and to all the new members, thank you so much for being a part of our community.

BAREBONES SCHEDULE AND CANCELED CLASSES:

As you may know, Coach Jeannie and Coach Erin will be competing in a tournament on March 11th in Denver, Co. for a spot on Team USA to compete in this year’s Muay Thai World Championships in Thailand in May.

They will be gone for the next week and a half. I leave Sunday evening to join them as they finish their fight camp and acclimate to altitude.

Coach Nate will also be gone this weekened and will be back next Wednesday March 8th.

That leaves Coach Greego and Coach Lee to run classes and manage the gym.

Coach Greego will also need help running the kids classes.

If you can please help with things such as helping new members or odd paired members with pad holding, kids class pad holding, and general clean up and tidying of the gym, it would be much appreciated!

Because of the thin coaching schedule, many classes this and next week will be canceled.

for examnple, all ‘Womens Muay Thai’ classes as well as ALL, ‘Advanced, Comp, and Clinch’ classes next week are canceled.

All other classes such as beginners,intro, sparring, all levels and morning classes are still on.

ZIDOV ‘AKUMA’ DOMINIC SEMINAR:

Continuing our seminar series, and as a way to say ‘Thank you’ to our community we will be hosting a very special seminar with a very experienced athlete and coach: Zidov ‘Akuma’ Dominic:

A veteran of the ‘Contender Asia’ Muay Thai reality TV show; Fighter turned coach Zidov ‘Akuma’ Dominic has been taught and trained by muaythai legends Nokweed Davy and Padeng initially at WMC Lamal over 20 years and during his professional career has faced many internationaltop class opponents such as john wayne parr, antoine pinto and baxter humby. zidov has shifted his career from competetion to coaching and is currently based at elite thaiboxing in bangkok.

Cash preferred but all CC and digital forms of payment accepted!
