Howdy Y’all! Nothing new to report. As always, stay safe, stay healthy and stay warm to avoid getting a cold or flu (or worse!). If you are feeling ill, please, please stay home. Thank you!

Gym Remodel:

It’s that time of the year when we clean, re-tape the mats and remodel the gym. If you are free to lend a hand, we will be doing some remodeling on Saturday November 28th after our afternoon classes. Many thanks and any help appreciated!

November Holiday Schedule:

We will be open the week of November 23-25 for our regularly scheduled classes.

Closed on:

Thursday November 26th

Friday November 27th

Back to classes on Saturday the 28th

New Schedule and Classes:

Just a reminder that we have Coach Nate teaching two different classes here at TBI. Coach Nate leads the 7 pm Monday night drilling and sparring classes as well as his All-Levels Muay Thai classes Thursday evenings at 7 pm.
