The goal of well-executed head movement is to make your opponent miss, so you can create and capitalize on the openings.
Aside from allowing you to prolong your combat career, it adds a really cool aesthetic to your fight style.

Techniques covered:
⚡️. Slipping the Right Cross.
⚡️. Slipping the Left Jab.
⚡️. Duck Under the Right Hook.
⚡️. Duck Under the Left Hook.
Homework:
Practice these four combinations back to back for a total of a 3 min round. 📈
Combo 1: Jab – Slip to Your Left- Left Hook Counter
Combo 2: Jab – Cross – Slip to Your Right – Right Cross Counter
Combo 3: Jab – Duck to Your Left- Left Hook Counter
Combo 4: Jab – Cross – Duck to Your Right – Right Cross Counter
Common Mistakes:
✖️. Slipping off balance – Use your entire body instead of just folding at the hip or spine.
✖️. Ducking way too low.
✖️. Keep your opposite hand up and chin tucked.
💡. Put in the practice. These techniques are long term investments but ULTRA useful.
