Hello All!
Few things to mention this week in regards to some slight scheduling changes, but first of all I just want to say thank you to everyone that came out for member appreciation day.
I truly appreciate everyone’s effort in making TBI such a special place.
I’ve attached the big class picture and will be sending individual shots with the coaches separately.
Thank you all again!
Class schedule changes this week:
Coach Erin and Mher are competing in Delaware this weekend for the US Muay Thai Grand National Tournament.
Coach Erin will be competing for a spot on Team USA for the third time having competed for them at the World Championships in Abu Dhabi AND The World Games in 2021 and the World Championships in Thailand again in 2023.
This year the World Championships are in Turkey. Hoping we see Coach Erin again on the world stage. (TBI gets hair transplants?)
Mher will be competing in the C-Class bracket for his 4th Muay Thai fight.
Because of this, there is a slight schedule change for this week (3/10-3/15) only.
Clinch 7PM: Warm-ups and live sparring for a few rounds.
Thursday 7PM: Unsupervised open sparring following the regular format.
Friday: Women’s Muay Thai Cancelled.
Just want to say thank you to everyone who has helped out with their Fight Camp, while i’ve been recovering from my injury. Thank you to Franco, Coach Tony, Coach Jordan, Pete, Kevin, Xavier, Eoin, and anyone else that helped with padwork, sparring and sacrificed their own training time to help the team.
Eternally grateful to you all.
That’s all- Wish us luck!!
Alexis competing in Arizona:
At the end of the month we have Alexis competing at the US Open in Arizona.
If anyone is available to help him out with pad work that would be super helpful. Maybe giving the other pad holders a bit of rest after the last month to let them train. Please talk Alexis or myself for help. Thank you!
