Hola Y’ALL:
Short one this month. End of the year looms over us and thus our slow season too as the time changes and weather grows cold.
Come through and enjoy the extra space. Maybe bring a friend 🙂
Womens Muay Thai returns:
Thank you to Coach Erin and Coach Jeannie for hosting a Womens Sparring Night last month and thank you to all our members for accommodating the evening.
Really appreciate everyone’s effort on all fronts!
After much discussion we are happy to announce the return of Womens Muay Thai Classes.
Womens Muay Thai classes return Friday, October 13th at 5PM and will be taught by Coach Erin.
If you didn’t know, Coach Erin has spent the last two years fighting internationally so she’s bringing a wealth of experience to every class she teaches.
If you want to know a little bit more about Coach Erin, i suggest watching our ‘TBI GOES TO BIRMINGHAM’ Vlog on our youtube channel.
As a courtesy to our members please no new drop-ins for this class as it’s difficult to teach someone Muay Thai and run a class at the same time.
Also, just a reminder that this class is supplemental to your membership, meaning it’s a free additional class.
Hope to see y’all there!
TBI Annual Halloween Pub Crawl:
Thank you to everyone that made it out to the beach day last month. It was a great day and it was super cool to get to know everyone. Appreciate everyone being there!
Our next gym function will be our Annual Halloween Pub Crawl:
Saturday, October 28th. At 7PM
Meet at gym for carpool/ride share at 6:45PM.
I can take 4 other people 🙂
Yes— It’s that time of the year for our yearly Halloween Pub crawl. Every year we head down to Downtown Culver City to celebrate Halloween as a ‘Fight-Themed’ group. It could be anything martial arts/fight theme related, ninja, samurai, your favorite anime or UFC fighter, whatever it maybe!
We start at 7PM over at ‘Stanley’s Wet Goods and cruise around downtown and end up at Backstage Bar.
All members and friends and family are welcomed! Come through!
Re: Greggs Bout Carson, CA

Thank you to royal combat for the opportunity.
Thank you to everyone for coming out to support.
Thank you to all team mates for their help training him.
Thank you to Coach Nate and Coach Jeannie for the corner assist.
Survey Changes:
Thank you all for the suggestions. I will be sending out a follow up survey at the end of the week for some other things suggested.
The feedback has been great and do appreciate everyone helping out in between the classes to clean up and hope it’s been helping you enjoy your experience at TBI.
You maybe asking: How can I help TBI our further? Here are a few ways:
Buy merch!
Help represent the gym- Not only are our designs super cool and stylish and comfortable, but this helps bring awareness to our cool little community!
We have T shirts, we have pull overs, we have zip ups and even kids sizes.
Refer a friend or sign up a family member!
Did you know that if you refer a friend and they sign up, you receive a $25 discount off your next month’s gym dues?
Also, we have family plans available. $25 discount off memberships for any family member that sign’s up.
Leave a review!
Yelp or Google Business reviews help!
You can be as honest as you like:
‘Coach Vic brings bad vibes, avoid him but all the other coaches are cool’
Or something along the lines like:
TBI does try its hardest to bring a safe and cohesive environment to those that want to learn the sport of Muay Thai. There are all types of classes for all ages, skill levels, and genders. They have a well qualified staff that continues to be trained on how to be excellent coaches and a management team that listens to its community members and strives for the utmost attempt at member satisfaction. Â
From local gatherings to opportunity to travel internationally to be exposed to different cultures, athletes sponsorship and coaching development. TBI does try hard to be a cornerstone within its local community as well a part of the Muay Thai community both locally, nationally, and abroad.
UP TO YOU!
