Please note that our ‘Drilling and Sparring’ class is now on Tuesdays at 7PM.
𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝗪𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐍𝐎 ‘𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐌𝐔𝐀𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐈’ 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑.
Most other classes will be running simultaneously.
Clinch Class will now be on Wednesdays at 7PM in the ring.
Effectively, we will have back to back ‘Spar’ (M&T) days and ‘Clinch’ days (W&TH).
Lastly, if you are planning to take either ‘Advanced Muay Thai’ or our ‘Intro/Beginners Muay Thai’, you will need to gloves and shin pads for that class.
Lastly, be advised that we will be closed Labor Day weekend:

TBI Goes to Tulum:
I dunno if y’all heard, but we took a little trip to Tulum for Coach Jeannie to fight out there. She won, TKO in the 2nd round.

Lee joins our Coaching Staff:

Open gym manager and our resident Hawaii native Lee Cabagungan joins our coaching staff. We are all very happy to have lee help us out. He brings a wealth of experience with many years of martial arts training including over 5 years of training at TBI with many matches and tournaments under his belt. Please take the opportunity to work with Coach lee if you get the chance!

9/6-9/10: Vertical Elbows (3 variations) [Up elbow, stabbing elbow, snapping stab]
9/12-9/17: Boxing for Muay Thai (basic boxing principles, what makes a good boxer?)
9/19-9/24: Leaning back (lean to boxing counters, lean to knee, kick counters)
9/26-9/30: Push Kicks (push kicks, front kicks, snap kicks and feinting)
