The TBI Podcast #1 : Starting Something New

Clearly, i’m bored and starving for some attention HAHA.

For those who miss hearing my rants and want to keep in touch and keep up with what’s going on.

First episode of something that will hopefully grow!  I talk about Muay Thai being life, the gym’s first week back on full schedule and now ‘closed’ for the time being ;), being an entrepreneur and the value of face to face networking, addiction and sobriety during COVID and much more using a ‘Starting Something New’ as a theme.  Thanks for listening and I hope you enjoy.
