Hi hi hi!

October already! WOW~! settling into the slower months of the year now with the time change and the cold weather and the halloween decorations and the thanksgiving decorations and finally all the christmas decorations.

Thank you as always to all the coaches, staff and members that make TBI such a rad place to train at. This was a great year for us. A little slow competition wise but our teen and kids programs have gained siginifcant traction as well as the rest of our other programs so sometimes it’s a give and take type of thing. /shrugs.

Anyways, thank you as always for all your support and look forward to always working with you guys and helping you achieve your goals. 🙂

3rd Annual Halloween Pub crawl.

Yes, that time of year again. Fighting costume themed as we storm the various bars in downtown culver city.

Meet at the gym at 7:00 for ride share and carpool then we will hit up as many bars as we can throughout the evening. Feel free to bring friends, family, significant others pets, cats, dogs, birds etc. everyone/thing is welcome 🙂
